At the end of an adventurous day, you can relax on the deck of your rustic, beachfront cabin. The cabin is equipped with kitchenette, barbecue, kitchen supplies, bedding, full bath, towels, and a variety of games and books. Fresh local seafood along with simple recipes and seasonings will be provided. Should you wish to dine out, you can join the company of locals at the café. Groceries and spirits are available locally.
What is provided?
The
Namu II heads out for a full day of fun at 7:00 am and returns at 4:00 pm.
You will enjoy a full day boat charter and guide service; well-equipped private cabin; lunches and snacks with exotic local seafood; all fishing gear except fly rods; fish packaging materials and assistance with fish processing. Dinner is not provided.
What is the weather going to be like?
Average summer weather is mild, with usual temperatures hovering in the mid-sixties F. Weather can be varied, with brilliant sunshine giving way to misty clouds or rain on short notice.
What should I bring?
Clothes which you can layer for the varied and often changing weather conditions. Specialty or gourmet foods, vintage wines, etc. Rain gear and boots are very handy because Southeast Alaska is temperate rainforest. You will also need your cameras, sunglasses, and a hat.
